AI security agents watch your laptops, email, accounts and cloud around the clock, investigate every alert and contain clear-cut threats straight away. Our analysts check what the agents do and take over anything that needs a human call.

If any of these sound like your week, you are in the right place. Each one is fixable.
Antivirus is good at catching known malicious files. Many attacks now use stolen logins and ordinary admin tools instead, and they look like normal work until the files are encrypted.
The security console shows hundreds of warnings. Most are noise, a few are not, and nobody on the team has the time to work out which is which.
Round-the-clock monitoring needs several trained analysts working shifts. For most small and mid-sized businesses that's out of reach, so nights, weekends and public holidays go unwatched.
A finance mailbox quietly forwarding to an outside address for weeks. Files encrypted on a Sunday night. The warning signs were there long before anyone in the office saw them.
Your security tools probably raise more alerts than anyone reads. Your IT team, often one or two people, are also fixing printers, setting up new staff and keeping the network running. Attackers know this, and they tend to strike at night or over a long weekend, when nobody is watching the screens.
Our service puts AI security agents on that watch. They pull alerts from your endpoint, email, identity and cloud tools, investigate each one the way an analyst would, and act on confirmed threats using playbooks you approve in advance: isolating a laptop, revoking a hijacked session, pulling a phishing email from every inbox. Our analysts review what the agents do, and anything with real business impact waits for a person to decide. It all runs remotely, so the cover is the same for an office in Accra as for one in Nairobi or London.
No vague packages. These are the pieces of work you can expect us to deliver.
Agents investigate every alert, gather context from logs, sign-ins and email, group related signals into one incident and close false alarms with a note explaining why.
Playbooks agreed with you in advance let agents isolate a device, disable an account, revoke sessions or quarantine an email as soon as a threat is confirmed.
Our analysts review agent decisions, handle anything ambiguous and approve high-impact actions, such as shutting down a server or locking a director's account.
We work with the EDR and XDR tools covering your laptops, servers, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace and identity platform, and help you deploy them where they're missing.
When an incident is serious, we lead the response with your team: finding out what happened, removing the attacker, restoring systems and preparing what you may need to report.
A plain report on what was detected, what was contained, how quickly we responded and which weaknesses keep coming up, written for management as well as IT.
Four stages, each with something you can see and sign off before we move on.
We connect your security tools, or deploy endpoint detection where it's missing, and learn what normal activity looks like so the agents don't flag routine work.
Together we decide which actions agents may take on their own, which need an analyst's approval and which need yours, and who we call in the middle of the night.
Agents triage and act around the clock. Analysts review their work, escalate real incidents to you and lead the response when it's serious.
Each month we go through the incidents with you, tune detections and playbooks, and recommend the fixes that would have prevented what we saw.
Start with a review of your current security tools and alerts. We'll show you what's being missed, which protections you already own but haven't switched on, and what round-the-clock cover would look like.

Autonomous threat response is a security service where AI agents investigate alerts and take pre-approved containment actions without waiting for a person. They work like a first-line analyst who never sleeps: checking an alert, gathering evidence and, if the threat is confirmed, isolating the device or account involved. Human analysts oversee the agents, review their actions and make every high-impact decision.
The agents can only take actions you have approved, and high-impact actions always wait for a person. Before go-live we agree a list: for example, agents may isolate a single laptop or reset a compromised account on their own, but cannot shut down a server or lock a director's account without an analyst's sign-off. Every action is logged and reviewed, and we adjust the rules if one fires when it shouldn't.
No. No security service can promise that, and you should be wary of anyone who does. What this service does is shorten the time between an attacker getting in and someone acting on it, which can be the difference between one infected laptop and a company-wide outage. It works best alongside the basics: MFA, regular patching, tested backups and staff who know a phishing email when they see one.
Exactly as it does in Accra, because monitoring is remote by nature. The agents work around the clock in every time zone, and our analysts reach your systems through the same security platforms the agents use, so distance adds no delay. We agree escalation contacts and call times that suit your hours. If an incident needs someone physically on site, we guide your staff remotely first and arrange a visit where one is needed.
It's a monthly fee based mainly on how many devices, users and cloud services we cover, plus any security licences you don't already own. We start with the endpoint, email and identity tools you have; many businesses on Microsoft 365 Business Premium already own Microsoft Defender for Business and never switched it on. The level of service matters too, such as how much you want automated. We price after a short assessment, so you pay for what you actually have.
Often, depending on where you operate, what sector you are in and what was affected. For clients in Ghana, the Cybersecurity Act, 2020 (Act 1038) sets duties for owners of critical information infrastructure, the Bank of Ghana expects regulated institutions to report cyber incidents, and a personal data breach can trigger notice under Act 843. Nigeria's Data Protection Act 2023, Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019, POPIA and GDPR have breach rules too. We give you the timeline and evidence; your legal adviser confirms the duty.
The agents see the security data needed to investigate threats: alerts, sign-in logs, device activity and, when checking phishing, the suspicious emails themselves. They don't browse your business files for any other purpose. Data stays in your security platform or a tenant set up for you in a region agreed with you, every access is logged, and we never use your data to train public AI models. Retention periods are agreed with you in writing.
Most organisations start with one of these and add the rest as they grow. Here is where this service fits.
