We move your servers, files and email to Azure, AWS, Google Cloud or Microsoft 365 in planned stages, so staff keep working through the switch and a power cut at the office no longer stops the business.

If any of these sound like your week, you are in the right place. Each one is fixable.
Your accounting software, shared files or point of sale all live on a server in the office. A long outage or a blown power supply means staff sitting idle and customers turned away.
Your IT officer or a contractor from years ago set it up, and nobody else has the passwords or the notes. If they leave, you inherit a machine nobody dares restart.
Someone switched on virtual machines and left them running. A dollar invoice arrived, the local currency had moved, nobody could explain the total, and the project was quietly shelved.
Five versions of the same document, no central backup and nothing to stop a leaver walking off with client files. Sharing happens by email attachment and WhatsApp.
Plenty of businesses, in Accra and well beyond it, still depend on one server in a back room, kept alive by a UPS, a generator and the one IT person who knows the password. It works, until the power goes twice in a day, a disk fails or that person resigns. Then everything stops at once.
We take stock of what you run and decide with you what should move, what should be replaced by a cloud service and what is better left where it is. We help you pick a cloud region that suits your users and your regulators, from data centres in South Africa to one nearer your customers. Then we migrate in stages, almost entirely remotely, with a tested way back at each one. Your team is trained on the new set-up, and the monthly bill has budgets and alerts from day one.
No vague packages. These are the pieces of work you can expect us to deliver.
An inventory of every server, application and dependency, with a recommendation for each (move, rebuild, replace or retire) and a monthly cost estimate before you commit.
Your servers, databases and line-of-business applications moved onto Azure, AWS or Google Cloud in waves, each with a tested rollback plan.
Email, shared drives and calendars moved across with mailboxes and permissions intact, and staff shown how to work in the new tools on their first morning.
Accounts, networks, identity, logging and backup set up properly in the region you choose before anything moves, so the new environment starts secure instead of being patched up later.
Budgets, spending alerts, right-sized machines and shutdown schedules for anything that doesn't need to run at night, so the invoice matches the estimate.
Automatic backups stored apart from your live systems, plus restore tests we run with you, so you know how long recovery really takes before you need it.
Four stages, each with something you can see and sign off before we move on.
We inventory your servers, applications, data and internet links, talk to the people who use them, and find the dependencies nobody wrote down.
Stage 1 of 4You get a target design, a migration order, a cutover plan for each system and a monthly running-cost estimate, all signed off before any data moves.
Stage 2 of 4Low-risk systems move first and are tested with your staff. Critical ones follow, usually over your evenings or weekends, with a rollback plan ready at every step.
Stage 3 of 4We train your team, hand over documentation and admin access, then watch performance and spending for the first weeks and adjust anything that needs it.
Stage 4 of 4Tell us what runs on your server today and where your people work. We'll come back with what should move, what it would cost each month and how we'd do it without stopping your work.

Cloud migration has two costs: a one-off project fee and a monthly cloud bill, and we estimate both before you commit. The project fee depends on how many servers, applications and users you have and how much needs rebuilding rather than copying across. The monthly bill depends on what you run and how large it is. Both figures come out of the readiness assessment, so there are no surprises later.
No, a planned migration shouldn't stop your business. We move systems in waves, run old and new side by side where we can and schedule the final switch for evenings or weekends. Every cutover has a rollback plan, so if something isn't right we switch back while we fix it. The most critical systems may need a short, scheduled pause, which we agree with you in advance.
A well-configured cloud is usually safer than a server in an office, and configuration is the part we take seriously. We switch on encryption, multi-factor authentication, logging and backup from the start. You choose the region your data lives in: Azure, AWS and Google Cloud all run data centres in South Africa, and each has regions in Europe and elsewhere if your users sit there. Laws such as GDPR, POPIA and the data protection Acts of Nigeria and Kenya set conditions on moving personal data across borders, so we check which apply to you, and any contract limits, before choosing.
Yes, but connectivity has to be part of the plan. We test your links, recommend a backup connection from a second provider where it matters and decide which systems must keep working offline. Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace can sync files to devices for offline work, and some applications are better kept local with cloud backup. We won't move a system that would leave staff stuck when the line drops.
Choose the platform that fits what you already use and the skills you have. If you run Microsoft 365 and Windows servers, Azure is usually the natural fit. If your developers already build on AWS, staying there makes sense. Google Cloud suits teams on Google Workspace or with heavy data workloads. We compare the options for your systems on cost and support, and explain plainly why we recommend one.
You do. The cloud subscriptions are opened in your organisation's name and billed to you, and your nominated people hold the top-level admin access. We work through accounts you grant us, which you can remove at any time. At handover you receive full documentation of what was built, so your own team or another provider could take over without starting again.
Yes, and most cloud migrations are done remotely wherever the client is. Servers, cloud consoles and admin tools are all reachable over secure connections, so we schedule cutovers for your evenings and weekends, not ours. When a job needs hands in the room, such as unplugging an old server or checking a network cabinet, we either visit or talk someone on your team through it. After go-live you can run it yourselves or take an ongoing support plan covering monitoring, patching, backup checks and monthly cost reviews.
Most organisations start with one of these and add the rest as they grow. Here is where this service fits.
