We build AI assistants for WhatsApp and your website that answer the questions your staff hear all day, take orders and bookings, and hand the hard ones to a person.

If any of these sound like your week, you are in the right place. Each one is fixable.
Prices, opening hours, delivery areas, payment details. Your staff spend hours on answers that never change, while the customer with a real problem waits in the queue.
Customers browse at night and on Sundays. By the time someone replies the next morning, they've bought elsewhere, and they won't tell you why.
It offered a menu of buttons, didn't understand normal questions and trapped people in loops. Customers learnt to ignore it and call instead.
A bot that invents a price or promises a refund you don't offer is worse than no bot at all. You need control over what it says and an easy way to step in.
Ask anyone who runs a business WhatsApp line, in Accra, Lagos or Nairobi, and they'll tell you most messages are the same handful of questions. How much? Are you open? Do you deliver to my area? How do I pay? Each one takes a minute, and when replies are slow, customers simply message the next business on their list.
We build AI assistants that answer those questions from your own prices, policies and stock, in plain language, on WhatsApp and your website. They take orders and bookings, collect the details your team needs, and hand over to a real person the moment a conversation needs judgement. The bot doesn't replace your staff; it clears the repetitive questions so they have time for complaints, sales follow-ups and the customers who need a human voice. You decide what it may and may not say, and you can read every conversation it has.

An AI assistant on your business WhatsApp line that answers questions, shares prices and photos, takes orders and sends payment links.
The same assistant on your website and social pages, so customers get one consistent answer wherever they happen to ask.
When a customer is upset, the request is unusual or the bot isn't sure, the chat moves to a staff member with the full history attached.
AI that reads incoming requests, forms and documents, updates records and drafts replies, taking repetitive admin off your team's desks.
Reports on what customers ask most, what they complain about and where they drop off, so you can fix the causes behind repeat complaints.
Practical sessions, in person or online, that show your team how to use AI tools safely in daily work, from drafting letters to summarising long reports.
Practical AI for businesses in Ghana, across Africa and beyond. We build chatbots and assistants that know your business, and add AI to the systems we build for you, so routine work gets done faster and your team has more time for customers.

Four stages, each with something you can see and sign off before we move on.
We go through the questions that reach your WhatsApp, phones and inbox to find what customers ask most, and how your best staff answer them.
Stage 1 of 4Prices, policies, tone of voice and the topics it must never handle alone. You approve every rule before it goes near a customer.
Stage 2 of 4Your staff throw awkward, misspelt and local-language questions at it. We fix what it gets wrong before a single customer sees it.
Stage 3 of 4We go live on one channel, review conversations closely in the first weeks, and keep the bot updated as your prices and offers change.
Stage 4 of 4List the ten questions your team answers most often. We'll show you how a bot would handle each one, and where we'd keep a person in charge.

Cost depends on the channels, how much the bot must do, and how many conversations it handles. A bot that answers questions on your website is the simplest. One that takes orders on WhatsApp, checks stock and sends payment links involves more work. There are also running costs: AI usage fees and Meta's charges for some WhatsApp messages, which vary by country. We explain both before you commit to anything.
Often, yes. Your number is connected to Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform, which has its own verification steps, and depending on the set-up it can change how you use that number in the normal WhatsApp app. We check the options for your number before anything moves, so you don't lose contacts or chat history. Some businesses prefer a separate line for the bot.
It hands the conversation to a person instead of guessing. The bot answers only from information you've approved, and complaints, refunds, unusual requests or anything it isn't confident about go to your staff with the full chat history attached. Your team can also take over any conversation at any time, without the customer having to start again.
Partly, and it varies by language. Modern AI copes well with African English, Pidgin and French, and less reliably with languages such as Twi, Yoruba or Swahili, where accuracy is still lower than in English. We test with real messages from your customers, then set the bot to reply in the language it handles well or pass the chat to your staff whenever it isn't confident.
It is when the bot is set up properly, and that is part of our job. We limit what the bot can see to what it needs, keep sensitive details such as ID or card numbers away from AI providers, and keep conversation logs under your control. We design with the law where you operate in mind, such as Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843), Nigeria's Data Protection Act 2023, Kenya's Data Protection Act 2019, POPIA in South Africa or the GDPR in Europe.
A focused bot on one channel can go live within a few weeks, once we have your information and the accounts are approved. Bots that connect to your stock, bookings or payment systems take longer. Meta's verification for WhatsApp can add time that neither of us controls, so we start that paperwork on day one.
Yes. Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform works with phone numbers in most countries, so the bot can sit on your own local line. We collect your questions and test the bot with your team over video calls, keep the rulebook on a shared board where you approve changes, and launch one channel at a time. Because the bot answers around the clock, the time difference matters less than you'd expect, and we schedule our reviews at hours that suit you.
