We move your on-premises Active Directory to Microsoft Entra ID or Okta, put multi-factor authentication in front of your apps and plan the switch so nobody is locked out when the office opens, in whichever time zone it opens.

If any of these sound like your week, you are in the right place. Each one is fixable.
Leavers are switched off in one system and forgotten in three others. A former employee, or whoever bought their old laptop, may still have a way in.
One phished password, no second factor, and suppliers start receiving payment instructions from a real company mailbox. It costs an attacker almost nothing and can cost you a great deal.
Locked accounts, forgotten passwords and a different login for every system. Your IT person spends mornings resetting passwords instead of fixing the problems that matter.
Active Directory sits on an ageing Windows server nobody wants to touch. You know it needs modernising, but you worry one wrong move will lock the whole office out.
Ask your staff how many passwords they juggle and the answer is usually "too many". So they reuse them, write them on sticky notes and share them on WhatsApp. When someone leaves, IT has to remember every system to switch off, and something always gets missed: the payroll login, the shared mailbox, the rule still forwarding mail to a personal Gmail address.
We connect or move your on-premises Active Directory to Microsoft Entra ID or Okta, using Microsoft Entra Connect Sync, Entra Cloud Sync or the Okta AD agent, whichever suits your set-up. Staff get one sign-in for their apps, protected by multi-factor authentication. Your IT team gets conditional access rules, a single switch for leavers and a clear record of who signed in, where and when. The work happens inside your directory and your cloud tenant, so we can run it remotely for an office in Accra or a team spread across several countries.

Active Directory synchronised to Microsoft Entra ID or Okta with Entra Connect Sync, Cloud Sync or the Okta AD agent, piloted with a small group before everyone moves.
Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, your accounting and HR systems and other business apps connected to one sign-in through SAML or OpenID Connect, wherever the app supports it.
Authenticator apps, passkeys or security keys rolled out with clear guidance for staff, so the second step becomes routine rather than a stream of support calls.
Rules that weigh up who is signing in, on what device, from which country and how risky it looks, then allow, challenge or block the attempt.
Accounts created, changed and removed from one place, ideally driven by your HR records, so a leaver loses access everywhere at the same moment.
Admin rights cut back to the people who need them, admin rights granted for a set time when a sensitive task needs them, and regular access reviews managers can complete in minutes.
A clear path from first conversation to results, with no black boxes along the way.
We look at your Active Directory: stale accounts, messy groups, service accounts, the apps that depend on it and the licences you already own. Most directories need a clean-up before they sync.
We choose the sync tool and sign-in method (password hash sync, pass-through authentication or federation), plan MFA and conditional access, and agree which apps join single sign-on first.
IT and a small group of staff go first. Once their sign-ins, devices and apps work, we move everyone else department by department, with help on hand each switch-over day.
We tighten conditional access, retire legacy sign-in methods, set up access reviews and alerts, then train your IT team and document everything we built.
We'll start with a remote review of your directory: stale accounts, admin rights, missing MFA and the licences you already pay for. You'll know what needs fixing before you decide on a migration.

If most of your work happens in Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID is usually the simpler and cheaper choice, because you may already be paying for it. Okta makes more sense when you run many non-Microsoft applications, need to bring several directories together or already own Okta licences. We compare both against your apps, licences and team skills before recommending one.
They shouldn't be, because we never move everyone at once. We clean up the directory, sync it, then pilot with IT and a small group before rolling out department by department. Emergency admin accounts are kept outside the normal rules in case anything goes wrong, every change has a way back, and we're on hand to help anyone who gets stuck on switch-over day.
Conditional Access in Microsoft Entra ID needs Entra ID P1, which is included in Microsoft 365 Business Premium, E3 and E5. Risk-based policies and Privileged Identity Management need Entra ID P2, which comes with E5 or as an add-on. Okta sells its features in its own bundles. We check what you already pay for first, because many businesses own features they have never switched on.
It depends mainly on how many users you have, how tidy your Active Directory is and how many applications need single sign-on. A small office with a clean directory moves far faster than a multi-branch organisation with old servers and custom apps. After the directory review we give you a dated plan. The slowest part is usually the clean-up, not the sync itself.
Yes. Many organisations run hybrid identity for years, with Active Directory still managing on-site servers and file shares while Entra ID or Okta handles cloud sign-in. We sync the two so a password change or a leaver is reflected in both. If you later want to retire the domain controllers, we plan that as a separate phase once your devices and apps no longer depend on them.
MFA blocks the everyday attacks that rely on a stolen or guessed password, but it isn't a guarantee. Attackers now trick people into approving prompts or steal sign-in sessions through fake login pages. That's why we pair MFA with number matching, phishing-resistant passkeys for admins, conditional access and alerts on risky sign-ins, so one careless click doesn't hand over the account.
Yes, identity projects suit remote work because everything happens in your directory and your Microsoft or Okta tenant. We reach them through admin access you grant, log and can remove at any time, and the tenant stays in your name throughout. Each department switches over at the start of its own working day, with us online to help. Conditional access can then apply different rules per country and block sign-ins from places you never operate.
Most organisations start with one of these and add the rest as they grow. Here is where this service fits.
