Dispatch, live tracking and proof of delivery software for courier, haulage and delivery businesses in Ghana and across Africa, built for riders on everyday Android phones and patchy data.
LogisticsDispatch can't see the fleet, so every customer question turns into two phone calls. Riders slow down to answer, and you still don't know who is free for the next job.
Without a photo, signature or code at handover, it's your rider's word against theirs. You refund to keep the peace and never find out what really happened.
Collections are reconciled at the end of the day from memory and scraps of paper. Small gaps add up, and honest riders get suspected along with the rest.
Fuel, distance and delivery times aren't recorded anywhere useful, so pricing is a guess and the same late deliveries keep happening on the same roads.
Most dispatch desks in Accra, and plenty in Lagos and Nairobi, still run on phone calls. A customer calls to ask where their parcel is, dispatch calls the rider, and the rider is weaving through traffic on the N1 and can't pick up. Do that sixty times a day and your dispatcher has become a call centre.
We build the apps that replace those calls: a rider app with live location and delivery confirmation, a dispatch dashboard with every job on one map, and tracking links your customers open themselves. We built the rider app and live tracking for Desserts to Door, so following riders through Accra traffic isn't new ground for us. The same set-up works for a one-city courier or a firm running deliveries in several countries, with zones, fees and payment methods set for each.
Each of these can stand alone or plug into what you already run.
Riders accept jobs, get directions and share their location while on a trip. Built to go easy on data and battery through a long shift on an everyday Android phone.
Every job, rider and status on one map, across one city or several. Assign by area or availability, reassign in a tap, and see a delay while there's still time to do something about it.
A photo, signature or one-time code from the customer at handover, saved against the order with the time and GPS location.
Customers get an SMS or WhatsApp link to follow their rider on the map, so the where-is-my-parcel calls dry up.
Every collection recorded against its order, whether cash, MoMo, M-Pesa or card, so day-end reconciliation takes minutes and any gap shows up the same evening.
Goods received, stored and dispatched are logged or scanned at each depot, so you know what left the warehouse, when, and on which vehicle.

Cost depends on which apps you need (rider, customer, dispatch dashboard), whether payments and cash collection are built in, the proof of delivery options, connections to your existing systems and the size of your fleet. A rider app with a dispatch dashboard is a smaller build than a full customer-facing platform. Once the scope is agreed, the quote comes in writing.
The rider app shares the phone's GPS location while a delivery is in progress, and the dispatch dashboard and the customer's tracking link show it on a map. We set tracking to run only during a trip, which keeps riders on side and saves battery. It's the kind of tracking we built for the Desserts to Door rider app.
Proof of delivery is evidence, saved against the order, that the right person received the goods. Depending on what suits your customers, it can be a photo of the parcel at the door, a signature on the rider's screen or a one-time code sent to the customer by SMS. Each one carries a time and GPS stamp, which settles most disputes on the spot.
Yes, we design for patchy coverage from the start. Riders keep working when the signal drops, and the deliveries, photos and collections they record offline sync once the phone reconnects. We also keep the app light, because many riders use budget Android phones on prepaid data.
Yes. Each country or city gets its own zones, delivery fees, currency and payment options, so a rider in Nairobi can collect by M-Pesa and one in Accra by MoMo, while head office sees the whole operation on one dashboard. We build and support it remotely from Accra, pilot it with your own riders on their own phones before go-live, and agree support hours that match your shifts.
Usually, yes. We connect the dispatch system to online stores, order management or accounting software through their APIs, so orders arrive without anyone retyping them. If your current system has no API, we look at exports or a shared database, and tell you plainly what is possible before you commit.
Yes. For custom builds your business owns the app, the code and every record of orders, riders and customers, and we hand over the accounts and documentation at launch. Rider locations and customer addresses are personal data, so we handle them under the law in each country you operate in, such as Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) or Kenya's Data Protection Act 2019.
