Case management software for law firms in Ghana and across Africa that keeps matters, hearing dates, documents and billing in one secure place, so the practice no longer depends on the diary on the clerk's desk.
Law FirmsIf the clerk is off sick or writes an adjournment date down wrong, nobody finds out until the judge asks where counsel is. One missed date can cost a client and the firm's name.
Drafts get forwarded to personal Gmail accounts and shared in group chats because it's quicker. You can't say who holds a copy, which is a hard place to be when privilege is at stake.
Calls, research and court runs aren't recorded when they happen. By month end the time sheet is guesswork, invoices go out late and fees get written off without anyone deciding to.
A client calls about a land case from years back and an associate disappears into the store room to go through box files. That's billable time spent searching.
In a lot of chambers the real case management system is a clerk's diary, a shelf of box files and a senior partner's memory. It works until an adjournment date is copied down wrong, a file goes missing between offices, or an associate leaves with half the context sitting on their phone.
We build practice software around how firms actually work: matters opened with a conflict check, hearing dates that remind the whole team, documents only the people on the matter can open, and time recorded as it happens so invoices go out on time. Confidentiality shapes every screen, from who can open a file to what gets logged when they download it, and we set storage and access around the data protection law your firm answers to, in Ghana or elsewhere.
Each of these can stand alone or plug into what you already run.

Built in Accra, for law firms in Ghana and beyond.
One record per matter: parties, opposing counsel, court, suit number, documents, notes and tasks. Search by client name or suit number and it's on screen in seconds.
Hearing and filing dates go into a shared diary that reminds the lawyer, the clerk and the supervising partner by email and SMS before the day. Adjourn once, and everyone's diary updates.
Documents stored with access limited to the team on each matter, full version history and a log of who opened or downloaded what, and when. Hosted where your data rules say it should be.
Lawyers log time against a matter from their phone as they work. Invoices are drawn from those entries, in the currency each client is billed in, so billing takes an afternoon instead of the last weekend of the month.
Single sign-on and multi-factor authentication through Microsoft Entra ID or Okta, so a stolen password alone can't open your files, and a leaver loses access the day they go.
Clients log in from anywhere to see the status of their matter, the next hearing date and the documents you have shared with them, without calling the office to ask.
The services that matter most for law firms. Each one has its own page with the full detail.
Software built around how your business really runs, from fee collection to stock counts, with mobile money built in.
Move Active Directory to Microsoft Entra ID or Okta, with single sign-on and MFA, planned so nobody gets locked out.
Independent checks against ISO 27001, NIST CSF and the data protection law you answer to, with a fix list.
Move servers, files and email to Azure, AWS, Google Cloud or Microsoft 365 in planned stages, without stopping work.
Analysts search your network for hidden attackers and signs of past breaches, then close the gaps they used.
AI bots for WhatsApp and your website that answer customers instantly and hand tricky cases to your staff.

Access is limited by matter, so only the lawyers and staff assigned to a file can open it, and every view and download is logged. We add multi-factor sign-in, encrypt data in storage and in transit, and keep backups under your control. The system is designed to support your duties under the data protection law that applies to you, such as Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843), Kenya's Data Protection Act 2019, South Africa's POPIA or the GDPR, along with your professional obligation to protect privileged material.
Yes. Each hearing, adjournment and filing deadline is entered once against the matter, and the system reminds the responsible lawyer, the clerk and the supervising partner by email and SMS ahead of time. You choose how many days ahead. When a case is adjourned, changing the date in one place updates everyone's diary.
Yes. It runs in the browser and on phones, so a lawyer can check the next date or pull up a document from the court premises. Remote access is where firms tend to get exposed, so we pair it with multi-factor authentication and device rules, and you can cut off a lost phone straight away.
No. Most firms start with active matters and new instructions, then digitise older files in batches as they are needed. We set up a simple scanning and naming routine your staff can follow, and we can load an index of your paper files first, so at the very least you can find where each box is kept.
Cost depends on the number of users, the modules you need (diary, documents, billing, client portal), how much old data we bring across and where the system is hosted. A small chambers starting with matters and a court diary is a much smaller job than a multi-office firm with billing and integrations. We agree the scope with you first, then quote in writing.
Much the same as for a firm in Accra, only the meetings happen on video. We run scoping, demos and training remotely, then set the system up around your jurisdiction: your courts, your suit number format, your billing currency and the data protection rules your firm follows. Ghana is on GMT all year, which lines up with the working day in Lagos, London and most of Europe, and overlaps much of the day in Nairobi.
Only people you authorise. Your partners control user accounts and permissions, and our engineers access the system only when you ask for support, under a confidentiality agreement, with that access logged. The data belongs to your firm and you can export it at any time.
